Products and Orders

  • When you place an order, you will receive an automated order acknowledgement email. This does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.
  • A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order prior to dispatch in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.


Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines. We will deliver goods without undue delay and within 30 days of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.


Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

  • Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive physical possession of the goods.
  • To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing by emailing enquires@benjaminjohnco.com with your order number and request.
  • You must return the items to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from notifying us of your cancellation.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage.
  • We will process your refund (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.


Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to statutory remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair, replacement, or full refund).
  • Please contact us at customers@benjaminjohnco.com within 30 days of delivery with photos and details of the fault. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs for verified faulty items.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Benjamin John Hale and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
